A reader takes me to task for failing to comment on the annual report of Vox Markets, the company that takes payments from shite companies to pump their worthless shares, often using the services of Justin the Clown. The annual report covers an extended 16 month period to 31 December 2022 and came out on September 26. I can but apologise for not picking up on this earlier.

The last two filings at ailing Vox Markets, the company paid by others to ramp their shares, make for interesting reading. Before Christmas, we saw revised accounts for the year to August 31 2020, showing negative net tangible assets of c. £450,000 and negative net current assets of £581,000, up by nearly 50% on the year. So, having corrected all the errors in its first filed accounts, Vox looked bust. I can’t wait for the 2021 accounts. It gets worse.

As you may recall, the business model of Vox Markets is that companies pay £15,000 a year to get interviewed by Justin the Clown who then asks the CEO whether he prefers Hob Nobs or Jaffa Cakes and whether his schlonger is ginormous or merely massive. The sort of AIM and Standard Listed companies that sign up, hope that such interviews can move the share price so allowing the next bailout placing. Maybe those companies have finally worked out that nobody takes the Clown seriuously and this business model is finally being rumbled. I see interesting filings at Companies House.

You cannot say that you were not warned numerous times that this crock would collapse but natch Bulletin Board savants and the paid promoters such as Vox Markets knew better. Today Salt Lake Potash (SO4) has appointed administrators in Oz and the Fat Lady is belting out a chorus of Waltzing Matilda. Of course the blame lies with the ex CEO, the aggressive penny share bullshitter Tony Swiericzuk, who “was resigned” on 27 August.

I questioned the other day whether Justin “the Clown” Waite was somewhat lax in his personal holdings disclosures with regards to penny share dreadfuls that he was pumping and, perhaps dumping. But that is not the real scandal of Vox Markets where the clown is not only an employee but a director. And who has revealed the real scandal? The clown himself!

As you know we have been big bears of AIM promote Elecosoft (ELCO). There were so many red flags when we published a major bear report HERE including Stockopedia of Wirecard, Globo & Quindell infamy having it as atop pick, Vox Markets promotion and highly aggressive accounting. They mounted when ElecoSoft started threatening legal action. Since then the chairman and founder has walked and now this.

A new research house specialising in AIM stocks launches today with a damning 100+ page report on Elecosoft (ELCO), a darling of the Casino. Shares in this company are rated highly by Stockopedia (always a red flag), and are being pushed aggressively to retail investors via outfits such as Vox. But the report from Ciphersense Research is damning. Related party deals, uber aggressive accounting, shocking corporate gvernance, executive greed, a rotating door of FDs, pointless acquisitions, failure to file subsidiary accounts. All is exposed.

I start with me voting and the Mrs not being able to vote here in Wrexham earlier today. Then there are two reports I have had that the Vox markets IPO has been pulled, I wonder if Justin the Clown will mention this in his podcast or will he be too busy blowing off Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) whose abject results I discuss. I look at IP Group (IPO), Purplebricks (PURP), Premier African Minerals (PREM) and Bidstack (BIDS) wondering if it will serve up its overdue warning after hours tonight? I am coming under some pressure not to knock Vox Markets ahead of its IPO on the NEX lobster pot, but its accounts for the year ended August 31 have been delivered to Companies house and are a total joke. If this POS lists and fails, as it will, the accountants Plan-A financials of Brentwood Essex should be sued to high heaven as these numbers are a joke.

Even half way up a mountain in rural Greece, news reaches me that the spoof that is the Vox Markets NEX Lobster Pot IPO following the collapse of the merger with Align, looks to be devolving from the sublime into the ridiculous. NEX is a great place to list if you want to lie to investors but not if you are expecting any liquidity at all in your shares.

In the current dispute between Vox Markets and Align Research, I thought it would be interesting to look at their respective published results for the years that are available at Companies House. Neither publish full accounts just a balance sheet and some notes. As can be seen below Vox has generated four years of losses and has only staved off insolvency by pumping in additional capital where in contrast Align Research has generated two years of profits. Thanks to Winnileaks I can show why it is even worse than that for Vox….

Yesterday it was announced that the proposed purchase by NEX listed PGC Entertainment (PGCE) of Richard Jennings’ Align Research and Martin Luke’s Vox markets had fallen through. The blame was laid fully at the door of Jennings . But is this fair? There are two sides to every story and the other side appears shocking. If bad language offends do not read on.

Justin the Clown was one of the victims of Andalas Energy (ADL) during its first -99% stint although in an amazing podcast today, 25 minutes of bollocks in, he appears to say that last time around he was selling shares while telling folks that he'd be "homeless if they don't go up". But now the fool is buying again! In an email just now he says that if a company releases results on August 31 it only comments on events up to the period end (June 30) - he refers to statements made by Atlantic Petroleum. Does Vox markets realise that the Clown is so ignorant of how the stockmarket works? All is discussed in today's podcast. Let's hope AIM Regulation lance this horrible boil (Andalas not Justin) tomorrow.

In this bearcast special I take apart a share price ramp being orchestrated today by Solo Oil's (SOLO) broker Belfort Securities, PR fecking genius Steffi and the rampers nest of snakes that is the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets.
